11:00 AM: Join us for a 45-minute non-diet, joyful movement class with the aim to tune in and connect with your body. This class is suitable for all movement levels.
12:00 PM: We will then move to Nue | Ground cafe next door to enjoy a grazing brunch (with vegan, vegetarian and omnivore options!) with an interactive masterclass on Gentle Nutrition for hormonal health.
We will finish up by 2pm.

I am the Founder of The PCOS Collective, a Reproductive Health Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and the author of Eating Intuitively for PCOS. I support people with hormonal disorders and imbalances to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. My clients have one thing in common – they are sick and tired of being ignored, spoken-over and preached to about their health.
