Mums and Bubs

Pack of 3: £45

Join our Mums and Bubs barre class for an exceptional opportunity to engage in gentle full body barre exercises and foster a deeper bonding experience with your baby. Not only will you experience the physical benefits of movement but you'll also have the chance to connect with other like-minded Mums in a supportive and friendly environment. This class can be from 3 months post natal onwards as long as you have the doctors all clear to return to exercise.

Includes a post-class coffee, tea, or wellness shot with each session. Must be used by the purchaser within 8 weeks.

Ultimate Wellness Membership

Our Ultimate Wellness Membership offers unlimited classes, a wellness shot with every session, and access to exclusive perks like a complimentary wellness kit, guest passes, and discounts at local partners.
