Hope combines her love of food with healthy living to advocate a holistic and balanced approach to nutrition. As a Masterchef quarter finalist and chef to the stars, Hope has a wealth of experience on making delicious, healthy and wholesome recipes that will leave you feeling satisfied, energised and happy.
During the workshop, Hope will demonstrate one of her favourite winter recipes that is plant-based, sustainable and great for cutting food costs. You will then get to tuck in and enjoy the recipe over dinner.
The evening will end with workshop and a short question and answer session where Hope will help you make a weekly meal plan. She will also share some useful resources and further recipe ideas to try and inspire you to step into the kitchen and invest in your wellbeing.
