mindfulness for beginners - 4 week course

Tuesday 1st - Tuesday 22nd February 2022.

Join us on a 4-week course to find ways to bring Mindfulness into your everyday life, weekly from 9.30-10.30am.

Regular Mindfulness practice helps us to focus on the present moment, which helps us to better manage stress & anxiety.

Each session lasts for an hour.
